We are here to help new trainers/instructors plan and choreograph classes for the group, help choose a music that is apt for group class and choreograph the moves and exercises, help in designing the class according to the requirements of the class, help creating exercise and strength-training programmes for both individuals as well as groups, to teach them on developing a workout plan according to client’s personal goals, fitness level and skills, and teach them how to enhance the clients fitness levels, inform them of the uses of various workshops and master classes, the need and benefits of it.
Teach the trainers/instructors how to carry out various exercises and routines, to pace the class according to the client's capability, cardiovascular endurance. Teach them to observe clients do exercises and show them the proper techniques so as to minimise the injuries, teach them ways to improve fitness of each individuals and holding on to the right posture during the work outs, teach them on how to enhance and enforce safety rules and regulations, teach them to give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skills, elaborate them on advantages and disadvantages of each kind of work outs. Guide them on fitness goals for each individuals.
Create a platform for trainers/instructors that will help them find classes, find a replacement for their classes during emergency, receiving and sharing our feedbacks, knowledge sharing, guidance to individuals who aspire to become trainer/instructor in helping them select the right kind of training based on their interest and help them enroll in the right training centre in Bangalore and around the world, help them arrange mock classes and give them a good start with classes at prime studios.
